Prices on our website do not include delivery charges.
As we are located in regional NSW and our store items vary in weight and size, the cost of delivery will depend on your order and where you are located. For this reason, if you are unable to pickup from our collection point, we recommend that you contact us with your post code and item of interest so that we can provide you with a delivery quote prior to paying for your order.
We use Australia Post for delivery of light weight items and small furniture items. We use several freight companies for the delivery of larger items that cannot be shipped by Australia Post. Our freight deliveries are to the doorstep and require a signature on delivery. If you are purchasing furniture items, we suggest you provide a street address for delivery. When you place an order, we will advise you on the estimated delivery time of your item(s).
Customer Arranged Freight
If you would prefer to arrange your own transport carrier, your freight provider will need to collect your order from our collection point located in Young NSW 2594. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time for collection once we have confirmed your order is ready to collect. Approximate dimensions are displayed on most product pages to assist you with obtaining a freight estimate.
If you've chosen local pickup as your shipping option during checkout, we'll call or email you once your items are ready to collect. If you are located near us then we encourage you to pickup your items from our collection point to save on delivery costs. Our collection point is at Gusolio's in Young where you can swing by to pick-up your order during their operating hours.

We want you to feel perfectly confident when buying online with Pink Jam Trading. Therefore we give you the option to return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging that you bought from us for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item.
Prior to returning your product, please contact us via email. We will provide you with all relevant guidelines to proceed with return (eg. shipping process). Please do not attempt to return any goods without speaking to our team, otherwise you may be responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive the items, we will fully refund you the amount you paid for the product(s) less the inbound and outbound shipping costs.
There is no return or exchange on sale items.
Damaged or faulty returns - you have 14 days to notify Pink Jam Trading in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged of faulty. Please contact us via email and one of our team will contact you to discuss the return process. Once approved, Pink Jam Trading will arrange a replacement part or item for you or provide you with a store credit for the full sale price or a full refund to your original payment method.
